○ The referral program is open to current Routine Cleaners customers with an active account or recurring service history.
○ For each referred friend or family member who successfully books and completes a cleaning, the referring customer will receive a 20% discount on their next cleaning service.
○ The discount is applied only once per referral and is non-cumulative with other discounts or promotions.
○ Upon the successful referral of 5 friends or family members, the customer will receive one complimentary cleaning service.
○ The free cleaning is awarded only after all 5 referred cleanings are completed.
○ Referrals must be submitted via the provided online referral form.
○ Routine Cleaners reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the referred customer before applying any rewards.
○ Once a referral is confirmed (i.e., the cleaning has been completed), an email notification will be sent to the referring customer with details on how to redeem their 20% discount.
○ Free cleaning rewards will be applied automatically to the customer’s account after the 5th successful referral.
○ Routine Cleaners reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
○ All referrals and rewards are subject to verification and may be disqualified in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
