Our commitment goes beyond cleaning. We aim to provide a gratifying experience by employing a meticulous, punctual, and personalized approach tailored to each
client’s individual needs. Our terms and conditions mirror our dedication to exceeding expectations and ensuring your complete satisfaction.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

We are committed to our customers’ satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours after the service is completed, and we
will return to redo it at no additional cost.

Customer Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for adequately preparing the area before service delivery and informing us of any pre-existing damage or special conditions that could affect service performance.

SMS Communications and Opt-out:

To stop receiving promotional or informational text messages, reply “STOP” to any message received. For support or additional questions, please contact us via email at contact@routinecleaners.com or by phone at (475) 251-7156. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

Rescheduling: We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs, please give us 72 hours notice. In case of skipping a regular cleaning visit, an additional fee will be
applied (weekly $20, bi-weekly $40 and monthly $60) With 48 Business Hours Notice: 50% of the cleaning fee will be charged. Same Day: 100% of the cleaning fee will be charged.

Any emergency cases will be handled individually.

*Example: If your cleaning is scheduled for a Monday, you must request areschedule or cancellation by Thursday to avoid fees.

Permanent Service Cancellation:

Both the company and the client agree to a 30-day notice prior to the permanent termination of the service.

Office Hours:

We’re available Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm. If you contact us after hours, we’ll respond the next business day. Current clients with last minute
requests after hours will receive our best efforts. If we can’t fulfill it immediately, we’ll prioritize it on the next cleaning visit.

Payments:

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the cleaning service. We accept debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and offer an automated payment option for
recurring cleanings.

Price Increases:

We reserve the right to adjust client rates and will notify you prior to any price changes. We will inform you about potential changes in client rates.

Entry into Residences:

Clients may choose to be present, leave the key in a secure location, or provide garage/door access codes.

Non-Solicitation of our Employees:

To maintain the integrity and quality of the service, please refrain from directly requesting any services from our cleaners or exchanging contact information. All
inquiries should be directed to the company. Violation of this policy may result in a $2,500 fee, immediate contract termination, and employee dismissal.

Protection of Valuables and Privacy:

We are committed to preserving your personal belongings, especially those of great value and sentimental significance, during our cleaning services. In the event
of accidental damage, we will notify you immediately and make every effort to repair or replace the affected item. Please securely store these items before the
cleaning team arrives.

Limitations and Additional Services:

Our services do not include cleaning tall ceiling chandeliers, ironing, animal waste, and heavy furniture moving. We offer the following extra services: oven cleaning,
full refrigerator cleaning, dishwashing (hand wash or dishwasher loading and unloading), laundry, organizing, and others, for an additional cost. If you have
specific needs, please contact us in advance.

Digital Media:

With your permission, we will take before and after photos for our social media and website. We ensure privacy, avoiding exposure of personal items. If you prefer not
to have photos of your home, please let us know before the appointment. We respect your wishes and privacy.

Acceptance of Terms:

By scheduling any service with Routine Cleaners, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these terms and conditions.

SMS Terms of Service

Routine Cleaners SMS Program

Routine Cleaners Offers SMS notifications for appointment confirmations, reminders, promotional offers, and other relevant communications related to our cleaning services. Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Rejoining Instructions:

To rejoin the SMS messaging service, sign up again via the online form or other original opt-in methods. Upon successful re-subscription, SMS communications will resume.

Help Instructions:

If you experience any issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for assistance or contact our support team directly at contact@routinecleaners.com or (475) 251-7156.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer:

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
